After more than thirty years as an advertising executive in Manhattan, where he held senior executive positions at major international firms, as well as starting and owning his own successful advertising agency, Joel moved to his summer home in Sagaponack full time and began selling real estate with Dunemere Associates, Brown Harris Stevens’ predecessor.
Joel hit the ground running in his new career with his first sale being an oceanfront home on Meadow Lane in Southampton. Since then he has sold many waterfront properties and has gained a unique understanding of the many intricacies that a waterfront sale entails. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in sales and real estate development and construction in the Hamptons.
Joel is an Associate Broker in the Bridgehampton office. He lives in Bridgehampton with his wife.
